Parrish Tire Company Opens Smithfield, NC Distribution Center

PARRISH TIRE COMPANY OPENS SMITHFIELD DISTRIBUTION

WINSTON-SALEM, NC, April 4, 2022 – Parrish Tire Company (“PTC”) has opened a 144,000 square foot distribution center in Smithfield, NC to better service new and existing customers with more frequent deliveries, better product selection, and more personalized customer service.

PTC Vice President Bill Jackson said: “By opening in Smithfield, we will be able to provide a substantially higher level of service to tire dealers and automotive repair shops in a number of growing or underserved markets in the Triangle and Coastal Plain regions of North Carolina. We are extremely excited for the opportunity to give our brand partners better representation in these areas, and are confident in our ability to deliver value and profitability to our dealer partners in the eastern part of the state.”

Parrish Tire’s wholesale division operates distribution centers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Ohio providing daily delivery of passenger, truck, farm, industrial and specialty tires to a wide variety of tire dealers and automotive service centers in twelve states.

PARRISH TIRE COMPANY ACQUIRES TWO MOCK TIRE LOCATIONS

WINSTON-SALEM, NC, July 1, 2021 – Parrish Tire Company (“PTC”) has acquired two Mock Tire locations: Mock Tire at South Park, 3131 Peters Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC; and, Mock Tire at the Village, 2534 Lewisville Clemmons Road, Clemmons, NC.

PTC plans to integrate the two stores into its existing operations while providing a seamless transition for customers and employees.  The stores’ names will ultimately be changed to Parrish Tire and Automotive and new services will be added, including PTC’s mobile tire repair and installation service.

All Mock Tire customer service records will convey and all unexpired quotations for tires or service will be honored.

PTC plans to retain all managers, service advisors, technicians, and mechanics, and hopes to maintain a close relationship with the seller, Craig Mock.
